Short answer
OREB's citywide figures for September 2026 show 4.4 months of single-family inventory (4.8 for all homes, up from 4.1 a year earlier) and a sales-to-new-listings ratio of 34.5%. OREB says that ratio is the lowest September result of the past decade. These figures describe all of Ottawa, not Sandy Hill.
